Surface Water Drainage Surveys

Rain Water known as Surface water that falls on your Commercial Property or School or Golf Club that then drains away into your water provider’s drainage network is calculated by a very inaccurate approach.

This is how your surface water drainage bill is calculated. Your provider ESTIMATES the square metreage of hard standing on your property and assumes ALL rain water that falls on that area drains away into their network.

By commissioning a Cube Topographic and Surface Water Drainage Survey we are able to calculate EXACTLY the hard standing area size. Also, in many cases and crucially, what water does NOT drain into the network (for example a soak-away or a natural watercourse).  The results of our survey can then be presented to your drainage provider and your new (correct) rate to be calculated.

Competition in this market is about to open, and any better deals that you are offered will be calculated on your current banding so now is the time to make sure that you are being charged correctly.

To date, every one of these surveys conducted by Cube has resulted in year-on-year savings for our clients, resulting in savings of thousands of pounds. Golf Clubs, in particular, have benefited from this service.
